Issued Supply sells authentic U.S. military surplus equipment. Because surplus gear has often seen prior service or storage, items are sold according to the condition rating listed on each product page.
Please review the product description and condition grade carefully before purchasing.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for items listed in the following condition categories:
- New
- Excellent
Items listed as Good, Fair, or As-Is are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase and order number are required
Cosmetic Wear vs Defects
Military surplus often shows cosmetic wear from prior service or storage. Cosmetic wear does not affect functionality and is not considered a defect when it matches the listed condition grade.
If an item arrives with a defect that does not match the listed condition rating, contact us and we will review the issue.

- Your order number
- The item name
- The reason for the return
Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged during shipping
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged during shipping or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items graded Good, Fair, or As-Is
- Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, the fastest way to receive a replacement item is to place a new order after your return is processed.
Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
