Issued Supply is a U.S.-based military surplus retailer operating from Laredo, Texas. Most items ship directly from our inspected surplus inventory.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Most surplus inventory ships directly from our location in Laredo, Texas.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may extend slightly. We prioritize accurate grading and secure packaging over rushed fulfillment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Issued Supply currently ships within the continental United States only.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Surplus inventory items: typically arrive within 3–7 business days
- Direct-ship items (if applicable): may arrive within 7–14 business days depending on supplier processing and destination
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and carrier pricing.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages.
If an order contains items shipping from different sources, they may arrive separately to ensure proper handling and faster overall delivery.
Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $110 (where applicable).
Oversized or specialty items requiring additional handling may not qualify for free shipping. If free shipping does not apply, the cost will be shown at checkout.
Shipping Locations
Issued Supply currently ships only within the continental United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Military Surplus Shipping Considerations
All surplus gear is individually inspected and graded before shipment.
Cosmetic wear consistent with the listed condition grade is normal and does not affect shipping eligibility.
All items are securely packaged to help prevent damage during transit.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier.
If your shipment appears delayed or lost, contact us and we will assist with initiating a carrier investigation.
Restricted Items
Issued Supply does not ship weapons, ammunition, or prohibited items.
